Job Description: The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that leverage our content engine to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a high degree of B2B marketing channel acumen, the ability to coordinate content distribution effectively, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing successful demand generation campaigns that result in measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurture prospects, and generate pipeline.
- Utilize a mix of digital marketing tactics including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, and SEO to reach target audiences.
- Work closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure a seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and move prospects through the funnel.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that supports demand generation efforts, including landing pages, emails, ads, and case studies.
- Optimize content for search engines, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing automation platforms to design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, email sequences, lead scoring and attribution models.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and trade shows to drive demand and generate leads.
- Develop promotional strategies and materials to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
